For simple operation:

• Click "Image" to select a picture to use
• Click "File" to open a file to hide
• Click "Inject", a new image will be made in the canvas and a download link will be given
• Send the new picture to a friend, give them the number you used (somehow) and they can retrieve the file on the other end.
